Who's Craig?
Craig has always been into sports and fitness, but two significant injuries changed everything. Once a dedicated rugby player, he suddenly found himself out of the game and stuck in a cycle of inactivity for nearly a year. That shift—from being strong and capable to feeling like he was starting from scratch—was a wake-up call. It wasn’t until he discovered CrossFit and functional fitness that he found his way back, rebuilding his strength, confidence, and love for training.
Knowing firsthand how tough it can be to lose focus and feel like you're starting over, Craig became a qualified personal trainer in 2020 to help others do the same. He’s built a fully equipped training studio at his home to give people a place to push their limits, rebuild their fitness, and feel stronger than ever. A relentless encourager and boundary-pusher, Craig is known as one of the nicest guys you’ll meet—but he won’t let you take the easy route. His mission? To help busy people in midlife rediscover their strength, confidence, and capability—so they’re ready for whatever life throws at them.
