My Maegen Lifestyle programme is a programme I have built specifically to support members in achieving their goals through daily motivation and accountability within a private Whatsapp group.
When you become part of the Maegen Lifestyle programme you become part of a community of likeminded people who are all working towards achieving a healthier lifestyle.
The programme centres around 4 key pillars which are food, fitness, steps and sleep. The core ethos is to create a lifestyle which is sustainable and yet conducive to becoming healthier and fitter.

As part of your membership I create you up to 12 bespoke workouts supplied to you throughout the month. These are always created with your goals, ability and equipment in mind.
Not only will you be encouraged daily by me and through the group whatsapp, you also have the opportunity to speak to fitness and nutrition experts from around the world via monthly Q&A sessions.
