How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I pride myself on really getting to know your goals and aspirations to help me provide the best service to you. Much like you, I am very much on a continuous fitness journey which means I am right there with you.
What types of home fitness equipment do I need to work with you?
When we begin working together I get to know your personal abilities and goals alongside finding out what fitness equipment you have access to. You don't need any specific equipment in order to work with me but if you do, I can build your training around what you have access to.
Do you provide nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
I am not a qualified nutritionist and therefore I do not provide person specific nutrition guidance or eating plans, but I can give general guidance and support about how to make healthy choices and swaps which support you in reaching your goals.
